There are many close races in the standings and intriguing storylines among teams and rosters during this final stretch of the season. All in all, it will make for an exciting week for the last week of qualifying for Major 2 in the CDL.The first weekend of the Major 4 Online Qualifier Matches have finished and that means Call of Duty Championships is even closer. It will be interesting to see the bottom-tier teams try and get the 8th spot for the winners round. OpTic and FaZe have the most important matchups in the league as they will play each other for the first seed. Overall, this last week of qualifying will be interesting, to say the least. However, if one of them struggles, it will make for a difficult time this week for the boys in green. If Dashy and Scump keep playing at a high level, they can win. If FaZe gets on a roll, it could be very dangerous for the rest of the league. It will be very important to win the first and win against FaZe so they do not get going again. This is sole because of their game against FaZe. With the leadership of Methodz and veteran play in TJHaly, it will be interesting to see if they can remain on their perfect run as a team. Nero has nearly beaten a record last week that was made by his own teammate, Capital. Boston BreachĬapsidal and Nero are playing like true rookie of the year candidates. It will be interesting to see if Crimsix and company can surprise everyone and win one or both of those matches. Although it will be a hard task, the Subliners have been improving as they are beginning to play as a team. With Paulehx being a new player for the Subliners, New York is looking to keep their form and win really important matches in ROKKR and Toronto. With his aggressive playstyle, Paco is looking to play at even better form as New York has an important match ahead in Week 3. He is the only one that seems to be trying when it comes to playing against other teams. The French Phenom has been the only bright star on one of the worst teams in the league in New York. With the way Cleanx has been playing, it could be crazy to see him light it up against New York and Paris. Although Toronto has been struggling as of late, their next games are against the two worst teams in the league. The tissue with an issue has been one of the best players on the team. With their woes in Search and Destroy, Huke could be the x-factor that LAG needs in order to clinch a winners bracket spot. Whenever Huke or Asim fries during a match, they usually win.
With the Los Angeles Guerrillas playing better than ever before, Huke has been playing up to par as he has been making a lot of clutch plays for the team.
